The purpose of the Flow Analysis is for our team to understand the business nuances specific to your organization and industry so that we can provide you with a solution that fits your organizations particular needs.

The following deliverables are created out of the Flow Analysis process:

• A detailed description of the processes that you wish to automate
• A table document that clearly shows the interface of the new system to the existing business process
• The delivery method for the proposed automation (i.e.: equipment)
• Estimated time-line
• Budgetary estimate
