Fixed Assets

Fixed Assets provides an efficient and cost-effective method for tracking capital equipment and depreciating items over their lifetime by utilizing mobile computers, such as PDAs or PDTs, to scan bar codes. Fixed Assets allows the user to give each asset a unique bar code, and track them through over thirty descriptors, such as serial number, cost, purchase date, and date received. Fixed Assets is used by many types of organizations including, state, local, and federal government agencies, single site and multi-site companies, and other entities that need to track assets and capital equipment.

System Requirements
  • IBM-compatible PC with a Pentium II 300 mHz, or higher processor (Pentium III 500 mHz or higher is recommended for optimum performance)
  • Microsoft® Windows® 98SE, Windows® 2000 SP2, Windows® ME, Windows® NT SP 6a or Windows® XP
  • A hard disk with 250 MB of free space
  • 64 MB of RAM (128 MB or greater recommended)
  • SVGA, or compatible monitor
